About John Faubion

John Faubion has been an active healthcare professional in Southern California for more than 30-years, possessing extensive executive management experience as both an operations administrator and senior consultant. Serving on the executive management team of several large non-profit and system-affiliated hospitals, his areas of expertise include management assessment, medical staff development, operational team building, new business development and senior level recruitment.
John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles and a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. A member of Health Care Executives of Southern California since 1975, John has held multiple Board positions, including President from 1997 to 1998. A Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), John was the recipient of the Healthcare Association of Southern California's 1995 Award of Excellence, and the ACHE Regent's Award in both 1998 and 2002. He has previously served as the ACHE Regent for Southern California and the Regent-at-Large for the Western United States (District V).
About Paige Heaphy
In joining Faubion Associates, Paige brings over 20 years of healthcare management experience within large academic and mid-sized health systems. Known for her inspirational leadership and operational expertise, Paige also brings a focused expertise in the areas of Patient Experience, Patient Safety and Quality. Paige received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, San Diego and her Master of Science Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), certified in Patient Safety by the John Hopkins’ Armstrong Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
About Greg Kamen
Greg Kamen’s professional career includes over 20 years of solid recruitment experience in both the corporate setting and independent consulting. Previous clients have included Silicon Valley start-ups, multi-site national corporations and non-profits, where he successfully recruited a wide range of professionals from technical staff to senior executives. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and his Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago. In addition, maintaining certification in Human Resources (PHR) is an important compliment to his recruitment expertise.
